DRM Is Killing Music
DRM stands for Digital Rights Management. Digital Rights Management is “an umbrella term that refers to access control technologies used by publishers and copyright holders to limit usage of digital media or devices. It may also refer to restrictions associated with specific instances of digital works or devices.” - Wikipedia.

It’s a digital media protection system that lets big corporations control what will play on what MP3 player, what will not play on a certain media player, as well as preventing you from being able to legally copy a movie or album for backup. DRM has been around for awhile, but up until recently it’s been sparking big debates.

Removing DRM

I’m not going to discuss how to remove DRM here, because I’m unsure of the legality of being able to post it, so I will offer you a link that shows you how to crack DRM, so you can make legal backups and copies of your digital media to enjoy on all your media player of choice, when and where you want to enjoy it. It goes into great lengths about the different methods to crack DRM on all sorts of digital media that has DRM on it.
