Have you ever wanted to create your own PDFs? Or maybe you want to modify an existing PDF? Well you can do that all for free with the Foxit PDF Editor.

Foxit PDF Editor allows you to:

  • Open, View and Save PDF Files
  • Insert, Remove and Modify PDF Pages
  • Select, Modify and Delete Page Objects

You can also modify the contents of any PDF file, edit documents using a easy-to-use WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) editing system, display PDF files perfectly and fast.

I’ve used the PDF Editor to split up guitar tablature PDFs so that way I can seperate specific riffs and the solos from each other. It has an easy to use graphic and text editor. The entire PDF editor is on a what-you-see-is-what-you-get basis. When you first open it up you’re asked to set the margins and page width/height, then it shows a blank page, and you can add what you want to it. It’s really good software for creating an Ebook, because it’s so easy to use and it’s free.

Here’s a quick page I did. It took like.. 5 seconds. I used the text editor to create the big ‘Blank Page’ text. Then went into the graphics mode and drew a few lines.

The Foxit PDF Editor is free. However when you create a PDF document it prints a water mark on the PDF that says ‘Evaluation Mode’

They’ve just released Foxit PDF Editor 2.0, some of the new features it comes with includes new toolbars, flexible image editor, intuitive layout editor, and it lets you edit encrypted PDF files as well.
